Situation & challenge
Aliansa is one of Serbia's leading insurance brokers — but their digital presence didn't match their business ambition. Agents sent quotes manually via email, clients waited up to 3 days for a response, and policy status tracking didn't exist.
The old site was a static WordPress with a contact form — no insurer system integration, no automation, no client portal. Every quote was built from scratch in Excel spreadsheets.
The goal was clear: digitize the sales process, integrate multiple insurers into one interface, and let clients track policy status online — without phone calls.
Our solution
We built a custom Next.js web application with multi-layer API integrations to three insurer systems. Agents enter data once — the system automatically generates comparative quotes in real time.
We implemented a client portal where each user can view active policies, expiration dates, and payment history. Authentication is handled through secure JWT tokens with refresh logic.
The entire project was delivered in 8 weeks — from kickoff to production deployment on cloud infrastructure with automated backups and monitoring.
