1. General

By accessing featherstudio.rsand using any service provided by Feather Studio, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Feather Studio provides web design and development, mobile application development, SEO optimisation, AI integrations and digital marketing services. Scope, timelines and pricing are defined in a separate agreement for each project.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and code — is the property of Feather Studio or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution or modification without the Agency's written consent is prohibited.

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the delivered materials as agreed in the contract. Feather Studio retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

Feather Studio is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of delivered solutions contrary to their intended purpose, or for interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, CDN, payment processors, etc.).

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, deposits and cancellation fees are defined in the contract before work begins. The standard arrangement is a 50% deposit upon signing and the remainder upon delivery.

6. Confidentiality

Feather Studio keeps all information shared by the client during a project confidential and does not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

Feather Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court for any disputes is located in Belgrade.
