A B2B website that generates zero enquiries per month is not an isolated case — unfortunately it is the norm for many companies. The reason is not always SEO or traffic. Often the problem is a design that was not built for conversion: a hero section that says nothing concrete, a contact page buried in navigation, and no reason why a visitor would fill in the form right now.
The value proposition must be above the fold — not in the 'About us' section, not in the footer, not in the fourth paragraph. A visitor arriving via a recommendation or from Google has 8–12 seconds of attention. If they do not understand what you do, for whom, and what they get, they leave. Test this hypothesis: ask someone unfamiliar with your business to look at the site, and after 10 seconds say what you do. The answer you get is your problem.

What works: logos of recognisable clients (even in greyscale), a case study with a concrete number ('we reduced processing time by 40%'), a LinkedIn profile that matches the website, visible accreditations (ISO, Google Partner), and the names and photos of the founders or key team members.
The contact form is the most neglected part of most B2B sites. Five mandatory fields, no explanation of what happens after submission, no indication of response time. Minimum principle: name, email, short message, optional service type. CTA button: 'Send a message' is neutral — 'Schedule a free call' is a concrete next step that reduces perceived risk.

SEO for B2B often means lower volume but higher intent. 'ISO 27001 implementation cost Serbia' might get 30 monthly searches — but those three clicks are directors at a company actively looking for a solution. Ranking first for that term is far more valuable than ranking for a generic term with 1,000 monthly searches and mixed intent.
