What do Feather Studio case studies show?
Feather Studio case studies cover projects in healthcare, the public sector, services and e-commerce, in Serbia and abroad. The common thread across all of them is the same approach: first define what the site must achieve commercially, and only then choose technology and design. We present results as concrete per-project numbers — load speed, growth in organic impressions, number of enquiries — rather than general percentages, because results differ by industry and competition.

What are the most common project challenges?
The most common recurring challenges: a site that looks good but brings no enquiries (solved by structure and message, not a redesign); a slow site on mobile due to unoptimised images and too many scripts; content that talks about the company instead of the client's problem; non-existent structured data, so the site does not exist for AI search; and a redesign that lost SEO positions because redirects were never mapped. The last is the most expensive — recovering positions after a bad redesign takes six to twelve months.
What does work on healthcare projects look like?
Healthcare projects have specific requirements: trust is the main decision factor, so doctors' names and qualifications, real photographs of the practice and visible reviews are critical; online booking must be simple and work from a phone; and content must be accurate and careful in its claims. Part of our work in this segment was produced for the Miami market, in collaboration with Nikola Vučićević and the Digentio studio — the owner of those projects, with whom we have worked for more than 15 years, while Feather Studio delivers development.
How do we work with public utilities and institutions?
Working with public utilities and local institutions demands a different focus: accessibility and readability for all user groups, a clear information structure (notices, documents, department contacts), stability under traffic spikes when an important notice is published, and the ability for staff to publish content without technical help. Here the most important decision is choosing a content editing system a non-technical team can genuinely use every day — not the most modern stack available.
How do you choose an agency based on case studies?
How to read case studies when choosing an agency: look for concrete before-and-after numbers rather than adjectives; check whether the project is live and measure it yourself through PageSpeed Insights; note whether the case study describes the challenge and the decisions or merely shows images; and check whether the agency did the whole project or part of it — an honest case study states this clearly. In every case study Feather Studio states its role, the technologies used and the measurable results, including projects where a partner is the owner and we deliver the development.
