Who is Feather Studio and who do we work for?
Feather Studio is a web studio in Belgrade that has been building websites, web applications and digital solutions since 2008 for clients in Serbia, the European Union and the United States. We work as a small team — the client communicates directly with the person writing the code, without intermediaries and without the project being handed off to juniors. The focus is on websites with a measurable business job: to bring enquiries, to appear in search, and to run fast on mobile.

Which technologies do we use and why?
Technologies: Next.js and React for projects where speed, scalability and control over structured data matter; WordPress when the client's team needs to edit content independently without a developer; Flutter for mobile apps on both platforms from one codebase; and integrations with AI services for automation and assistants. The technology choice always follows how the client works — not the other way around. Every project gets a complete SEO setup with a linked schema.org graph, because that is now a requirement for both Google and AI assistants.
What types of projects are in the portfolio?
The portfolio covers several clear segments: healthcare and private practices, including a long-running collaboration on projects for the Miami market; local public utilities and institutions; service companies and professional practices (lawyers, accountants, consultants); e-commerce and sales-driven sites; and branding projects with visual identity. Part of the portfolio was produced in collaboration with Nikola Vučićević and the Digentio studio, with whom we have worked for more than 15 years — on those projects Digentio is the project owner and Feather Studio delivers development.
What are the concrete results?
Concrete results we measure on projects: a PageSpeed score of 90+ on mobile for statically generated Next.js sites, LCP under 1.5s, growth in organic impressions in Search Console across the first six months, and growth in enquiries from the site. On redesigns we run before-and-after comparisons on the same metrics, with full redirect mapping so search positions are not lost. Results depend on industry and competition — which is why we always present them as concrete per-project numbers rather than general percentages.
What does the process look like from brief to launch?
The process: 1) brief and analysis — we understand the business, target audience and competition, and define what the site must achieve; 2) structure and content — sitemap, keywords per page, copy; 3) design — prototype then visual design of the pages, with an agreed number of revision rounds; 4) development — implementation with a staging environment the client sees during the work; 5) SEO setup and testing — speed, structured data, forms, mobile display; 6) launch and support — Search Console, Analytics, redirects and a warranty period. A typical timeline for a business website is 4–8 weeks.
